Today was a wonderful experience in a New Dr Office. Moved from out of state , the thought of establishing care has been very stressful for me ; I love the entire staff. Dr Butterfield is caring and it was refreshing to feel he was actually interested in my health now and in the future. Nicky (nurse) Iris ( best blood draw ever) front of house gals are great too . Thank you
So apparently you can't reschedule appointments here if you miss a new patient appointment. I guess my cancer.issue I had and needed my husband to be with me for is not a good enough reason to miss an appointment. So now my husband is not allowed to be a patient there. Ridiculous so not go here if you want a doctor that cares.
