We switched to.Dr. butterfield when our insurance changed. We love it there! The pa's are as wonderful as Dr. Butterfield. Thee all have a great bedside manor. The lady at the front desk seems a little grouchy but after being a patient for a while I cracked through that shell and she smiles whenever I walk intoe in the office.
i have this doctor as my pcp but i have only seen his assistant who always wants me to be on more meds instead of trying to cut them down
I have seen Kim Gilmer many times and she has always been great. Staff is wonderful and caring. I have never had excessively long waits at the office.
Horrid customer service and brutally long waits. I shall never return.
Awesome! Sometimes runs late but considering sometimes I take more than my time I can't complain. If I need more time I try to schedule accordingly. I have needed prescriptions twice while I was out of town and everyone was extremely accomodating. I receive excellent care from both Dr. Butterfield and PA Gilmer. I would recommend them to anyone! Staff is excellent also. I have several different medical issues and my referrals have been to exceptional specialist. I have long since learned not to question who they refer me to.... read more
