Truly a one star experience! My 2 year old had his first ever dentist appointment and that went great. Then I went in for dental work and the dental hygienist was extremely rude about how I won’t ever be able to floss my back teeth correctly. It’s not that I don’t appreciate the advice but I heard it the first 50 times and so did the rest of the office I’m sure. Today was my first time here and it may have been my best experience going to a dentist. From the front desk ladies to the dental hygienist (big shout out to Deborah), to Dr. Williams, everyone greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. Deborah and Dr. Williams took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything so that I understood exactly what was being done and why, as well as what didn't need to be done. Dr Williams is awesome he is so kind and caring, not to mention he is very smart . He has been taking very good care of me. I’m in my sixties and I’m happy that he won’t be retiring anytime soon.
I walked in a nervous wreck, they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!!
