This review is about Dr' Black's Eye Care Clinic in Jeffersonville, Indiana My wife need eye surgery to remove cataracts. We were told we would have about a $2000.00 co-pay at the time of each surgery. Since the surgeries we to be on the 30th of one month, and the 6th of the next month, I called their office to see if it would be possible to pay the first co-pay a few days before the first surgery so we could insure that the first bill was submitted in one billing cycle, and the second bill in the next. Dr Black Eye Associates… danger!!!! I am a disabled senior citizen and Doctor Curtis Jordan butchered me….he performed cataract surgery on me without anesthesia… it was the most painful experience of my entire life. I thought I was going to die. Do let him touch you… he has zero regard for patient pain….you are a piece of meat with $$ dollar signs on you…this maniac should in no way be a doctor…

Dr. Stellar is unequivocally not stellar. He yelled and shouted at my frightened 3 year old during the eye exam. He is grossly unqualified to work with small children, particularly those who are visiting a health care professional for the first time during a pandemic. My child was understandably scared, and Dr Stellar and his staff were incapable of handling the situation and caring for children. Take your child somewhere else - we will never be returning. I’d prefer to give 0 stars but the site will not allow it.
