This review is about Dr' Black's Eye Care Clinic in Jeffersonville, Indiana My wife need eye surgery to remove cataracts. We were told we would have about a $2000.00 co-pay at the time of each surgery. Since the surgeries we to be on the 30th of one month, and the 6th of the next month, I called their office to see if it would be possible to pay the first co-pay a few days before the first surgery so we could insure that the first bill was submitted in one billing cycle, and the second bill in the next.
