Had an appointment scheduled for several weeks - did not receive any updates or confirmation. Showed up for the appointment only to find out that it was cancelled and could not be rescheduled for another month. Very unprofessional and would absolutely not recommend Dr. Showman as your dentist.
Dr.Showman is amazing. I’ve been her patient faithfully since I was 13 , I am 27 now and I refuse to see anyone else. Prior to her , I had dentist always trying to do work I didn’t even need!! She’s always only had my best interest. Despite my terrible anxiety, she never fails to make me laugh (even while crying) and smile, makes the appointment so easy even if there is some pain to endure & hires a great team to keep that atmosphere up!
