I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the DR. BJ Ho and his team lack of communication, service, and overall care. Today's scheduled surgery was cancelled due to the front desk's failure to verify my insurance coverage with the hospital. Dr.Ho is awesome! He's polite,funny great beside manner most importantly he doesn't rush you and answers any questions I may have. He shows great concern for all my needs. Very professional. The staff is always polite and friendly as well. I always have a good experience. Thank you to everyone at Estrella women's health center in Goodyear.
