The five stars is for the service of Chynel. Zero stars for the "GM" Lisa. Don't blame loyal customers when your merchandise is defective. About every 4-6 weeks I return to have a screw tightened on my glasses. Love my glasses, no big deal, 5 minute inconvenience. But as I was greeted by the "GM" she says "you must be taking your glasses off with one hand because its bent". How the hell do YOU know? Went in for an eye exam. Sit there for 40 mintues and a guy comes in with no appointment goes in for the pre test before me. No one informed me that they was waiting on authorization for my insurance. Poor communication!!! I would of been more than happy to pay out of my pocket than wasted 40 mintues of my time for nothing. Will never be back.
Horrible customer service 3 hours just for an exam. I just left ridiculous

Horrible service! I had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning and didn't leave until after 1 in the afternoon! The doctor was very blunt and didn't have good customer service. I've had this issue before and decided to try them again thinking the issue was resolved after the company change. I will not be back!
