Friendly folks. Prompt and informative
I had and I am still having nightmares with my glasses. I ordered my glasses, received them and right away there was something wrong with them. The distance part was wonderful but the reading part was terrible. I could not see at all. They told me to try them for 2 weeks, which I did. No better. They then reground them. Got them back with no improvement. They said they would call and check after a few days. They never did. I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from Dr. Don Bishop. From the moment I walked in till the time I left. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.
