Great Doctor.. I have been a patient for over 20 years. He and his staff provide EXCELLENT service. Always kind and genuinely interested in your needs and thorough with any questions or concerns..Have never had a bad experience.
I really respect and like my heart doctor Dr Parikh I want to give full credit to Dr. Parikh himself: he’s a fantastic physician whom I’ve respected even before becoming his patient. I really respect and like my heart doctor Dr Parikh as a physician—he’s great at what he does. But the office management is a complete mess. Communication is terrible: they rarely pick up the phone, and when they do, you’re on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. Trying to make a simple payment is a nightmare. Somehow a small $17 payment ended up in collections because they couldn’t even tell me what was owed or handle it in a timely manner. It’s just a huge administrative headache, and it really hurts the overall experience.”
