My family has been seeing Dr. Gao for years. She is patient, understanding, and does not rush; I feel she cares about my problems and understands my needs and personality. Her office is fairly informal, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can call in about prescriptions, problems, etc, and they are helpful and respond quickly. The only downside is they are closed on Fridays, although I have had appointments for a Friday in the past. Selected this Dr. as my primary. Called to schedule an appointment (birth control) and the lady was completely rude and seemed annoyed I was calling… she let me know they cannot see me until mid November (this was after being left on hold 15 minutes). I’ll look elsewhere.
Dr. Gao is very pleasant, caring and thorough. She listens to her pt concern. Lisa is her receptionist, Lisa is very helpful, kind and reliable.
