The office “help” is completely useless. Phone is not answered, messages are not returned. Tried to get new cpap supplies, supplier had the same problem (phone calls not returned). Went back with old provider because I needed supplies
They are very busy at times but all in all Dr Binusha has been wonderfull in helping me with my sleep apnea. I see her through the VA and they do a good job of handling the business with them.

Dr Binusha and Hashim are only concerned with one thing, MONEY, cram as many patients in a time slot as you can, even if people have to wait for hrs standing up. I had sleep study scheduled, when I arrived they said I wasn't approved, even though I have a letter from my insurance saying they DID approve it. They didn't have to common courtesy to call me and let me know anything. They sure can send plenty of bills in the mail, no communication issues there.
