She is a very sweet and caring dr
Dr Binusha and Hashim are only concerned with one thing, MONEY, cram as many patients in a time slot as you can, even if people have to wait for hrs standing up. I had sleep study scheduled, when I arrived they said I wasn't approved, even though I have a letter from my insurance saying they DID approve it. They didn't have to common courtesy to call me and let me know anything. They sure can send plenty of bills in the mail, no communication issues there. Helped me out with my health conditions!
My wife had to wait 1 3/4 hours before they even took her vitals. They have signs posted about being on time for your appointment. Our time is valuable too. I should send them a bill. There was 4 people booked at her time slot. Room was full. No telling how long they had to wait. Ridiculous way to run a business.
