The worst doctor I have ever encountered. I came into her office, sat down, and explained my condition for about one minute. She didn’t look at me, didn’t examine me, and didn’t ask any questions. She simply handed me a product and said, “Here you are, use it.” The entire consultation lasted less than two minutes. No ability and responsibility as a doctor, refuse to care for patient if she think that take times. Not sure if Receptionist is still have ability to work, in the past gave other patient' film record to me, as privacy, this is no good. Another doctor just work for $$$$ I never come back.
I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. She came across as highly judgmental and moody, and seemed to have little patience or willingness to truly listen to my concerns. Her attitude made it very difficult to feel comfortable or supported during the visit. I’ve decided not to return, and unfortunately cannot recommend her to others based on this experience.
receptionist is so rude, i thought she was stressed but she's just rushy so she can watch the TV + she lacks any decent customer service. came in with a form for the doctor, she snatches and was like "you need a medicare, you can't come here without one" like damn i just walked in, i didn't even have time to grab my medicare before she threw that at me. doctor also doesn't know how to do her job properly, i came with my mum and she made ME look at my mum's problem and bandaid it for her??? like what
