I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Lieu, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the outset, Dr. Lieu displayed a dismissive attitude and lacked both compassion and empathy. He consistently interrupted me, making it difficult to explain my concerns. The visit felt rushed, lasting a mere 4 minutes and 23 seconds, which gave me the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously. I had a teledoc appointment. He saw my face, and then he disconnected the virtual call? He then cancelled the appointment, without a legitimate reason? I received a message stating that I would not be billed.
Dr Lieu has been my parents favorite doctor. Unfortunately he is moving out of mission drive Oceanside and my parents would like to know where is he moving to? They want to follow him.
Dr Binh Leiu is extremely thorough and a wonderful Dr. He has been my Dr for 7 years. I think he is a great Doctor.
