She is a no nonsence lady and very compentent. at times the staff is a bit green (or maybe I'm more agitated) but I'm still seeing dr chang after 20+ years THAT says something. I completely trust her. (FYI: have you ever received a personal phone call from your doctor on a friday nite to follow up on your condition? well I have, she is that kind of doctor)
