Staff is Unprofessional, Unorganized, and Incompetent!! They don't know what they're doing and they don't seem to care. And... nothing is done to correct this! Try getting a call back from the doctor!!! She doesn't care about her patients anymore! Go someplace else, and find another doctor!
Very poor customer patient service. My wife needed blood tests and they said someone would get back to us in 24 to 48 hours. No one called the staff forgot to write down my wife's name for her doctor to get back to her. They said they would get back to us and never did. Its been 3 weeks. It appears they are too busy for new patients.
Seen Dr Dey for my very first visit was very happy with my service she took her time to make sure she listened to me and got me the best medical care.Very happy with this group would highly recommend them.

Been going to Dr. Sudipta Dey for over 15 years always paid my copay and bills everytime but today I didn’t have my copay and the receptionist tells me I have to reschedule my appointment. I told her that it was a follow up from my physical to get results of an ultrasound because the Dr. found something wrong and it was really important to see him today. The receptionist called to Dr. Dey and he said had to pay copay today so the receptionist said we have to reschedule. Really need to find another Doctor that cares about the... read more
