I don’t even know where to begin with how I was treated,talked to,or cared for by Dr. Bindu Dey. “Do you want this blood work or not!” I absolutely would not recommend her as a primary care physician. I’ve been seeing another team member since issues started with how I was treated and cared for,and sadly she moved on, over an hour away, leaving me with someone else. I’m now looking to move on from the office completely. I do however love the girls in the office, and most have left also , which is now making the decision even... read more
Very poor Managament 0/10. Very poor customer service 0/10. Very poor Communications 0/10. Front Desk Employees tell you false information over the phone and instead of fixing a simple problem, the staff just brush it off on you with no compensation for their own screw ups 0/10. Do not recomend this place.
Staff is Unprofessional, Unorganized, and Incompetent!! Always telling me, I owed money when I never did! They don't know what they're doing, and they don't seem to care because nothing gets done to correct this. Try getting a call back from the doctor!!! She doesn't seem to care about her patients anymore! Go someplace else, and find another doctor!
