I recently retired and moved from another state and wanted a female PCP and ended up choosing Dr Bindu Dey near where I live. The first time I saw her was to do the wellness check since it is supposed to be free with Medicare. The first impression was not good. She suggested Echo, blood work, physicals, bone density, and a mammogram for follow ups. I don’t even know where to begin with how I was treated,talked to,or cared for by Dr. Bindu Dey. “Do you want this blood work or not!” I absolutely would not recommend her as a primary care physician. I’ve been seeing another team member since issues started with how I was treated and cared for,and sadly she moved on, over an hour away, leaving me with someone else. I’m now looking to move on from the office completely. I do however love the girls in the office, most have left also,which is now making the decision even easie... read more
Dr. Bindu Dey is compassionate and listens. She has gotten very busy and while that may be inconvenient at times I feel it speaks volumes for her reputation.

Very poor Managament 0/10. Very poor customer service 0/10. Very poor Communications 0/10. Front Desk Employees tell you false information over the phone and instead of fixing a simple problem, the staff just brush it off on you with no compensation for their own screw ups 0/10. Do not recomend this place.
