STAY AWAY from this office. Dr. Dey is most unprofessional, mean, uncaring human being. She calls herself a Doctor? Because of my insurance, she told me quote,”I should be lucky that she is even seeing me”. She rushes through my appointments, never calls my scripts in, is so very uncaring. And her staff!! Very rude, hung up on me when I asked for the third time to please refill my prescription. DO NOT even give this office the benefit of the doubt.Also her last words were, you should find another PCP. Went for allergy testing in January. They supposedly ordered my allergy injections at the end of January. Called every month and was told they are having a problem with the supply company. In May I was told they had to cancel the order with one company and order from another. In June they told me it would only take 2 more weeks! December 2025 - I recently retired and moved from another state and wanted a female PCP and ended up choosing Dr Bindu Dey near where I live. The first time I saw her was to do the wellness check since it is supposed to be free with Medicare. The first impression was not good. She suggested Echo, blood work, physicals, bone density, and a mammogram for follow ups.
