What I really appreciate about Dr. Xie is that he is honest and professional. He explains what actually needs to be done and never pressures you into unnecessary treatments. Over time, this has built a lot of trust for me. His clinical skills are excellent, and I feel confident knowing he always puts patients’ best interests first. He is definitely a dentist I trust for long-term care.
My son and I have been seeing Dr. Xie for years. Dr. Xie dealt with very complex problems with my teeth at a very urgent time, his dental surgery skills are excellent and his professional ethics are role models for many. Also, the staff at his dental office are very helpful and friendly. I’m 100% satisfied and ready appreciate his help!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Xie since 2017. Dr. Xie is always so patient and caring for his patients. The front desk is always very helpful. I appreciate their appointment reminder messages too. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a friendly and professional dental clinic.
The front desk is terrible with bad attitude and being rude. Her interest is not to service but she is trying very hard to get more money from customers. She refused to book your appointment if she feels that you are not going to spend more money here. What is going on with this Dental firm!
