Great experience start to finish it was a breeze. Office was easy to reach and communicate with and my procedure was done quickly and efficiently. Even got a mint to chew on during the procedure.
Dr. Kim was thorough & explained to me in detail answers to every question I asked. He was attentive & I did not feel rushed. He explained possibilities & what he was testing for.
Dr Kim was very professional during the consultation and talked to me like I was an adult about my concerns/symptoms and recommended an appropriate follow up test. The office was able to work me in for the additional test quickly and report results to me in just a day or two.
