I've been going to Dr. Chung since I was a little girl maybe 10 or 11. I'm 33 now, Dr. Chung is the only person I have ever let touch my teeth after another dentist broke my tooth and terrified me of going to a regular dentist. He's put me to sleep twice over the years. He will call and check on his patients after work hours (if they've been put to sleep, a child patient, or a complication arises.) He is very quick at removing your teeth!!! My oldest just had her wisdom teeth removed from here and I know my youngest will have to have hers done and we will go elsewhere. I understand the sense of urgency as I’m sure many surgeries are scheduled for the same day, but my daughter was made to feel anxious. We were asked if we had questions, but the entire ordeal was beyond rushed. He's seen my daughter twice and my son 3 times and was great every time.
Dr Chung made me comfortable in every sense of the word. I always have anxiety when going to the dentist and him and Raul handled me with extreme care. I thought it was going to be a difficult extraction and it took him less than 3 minutes to extract my tooth, without any issues. I followed his directions for aftercare and I had zero issues. Didn’t let me in because I was nine minutes late not even 15 minutes late they have a grace period. Did not let me in wasted my whole day. I had to call off Work. The staff is very rude and unprofessional and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
