She became angry when i disagreed with a proposed regimen of topical treatments for acne. Then strormed out without addressing the other issues I was there seeking treatment for. She should lay off the botox.
I highly recommend Dr. Casse. She is the only person I trust with skin care needs
professional, courteous, and explained the situation very thoroughly. I actually came by the office to pick up my lab reports and the Dr. insisted on going over the results with me even though I didn't have an appointment. I appreciated this effort!
Wrong diagnoses, and she would not pay attention to your problem.
I have seen Dr. Casse for the past year on a few different occasions for different things. I can tell you that I have never had a more thorough skin check or evaluation from another doctor. I have never found her to be "just like another doctor" I have insurance that her office does not take, but I choose to pay myself to come see her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
I will make this short. Dr. Casse, although very nice and articulate during your office visit, is typical of doctors today that do not go a bit our of their way to help you out. Not only do you have to go through her nurse with important issues, such as being a new patient and having allergic reactions to medications she prescribes, but she will not take the time to call you back for any reason. I have been treated - on three ocassions - with laser for my sundamaged neck spots. I have to tell you that as a professional in the medical field, I would say Dr. Casse is top notch: friendly, knowledgable and comfortable. Highly recommend.
