"Dr." Rosen is nothing more than a schill for the insurance companies. Whatever you do do not trust him to perform an objective evaluation with your interests in mind. He will say exactly what he knows the insurance company needs him to say to deny a claim even if he has to make things up. Coming from the health care field myself I was disgusted by his willingness to sell lies for a fee. Please beware.
Dr. Rosen is a great Dr he really listens to you as a whole person.
