Hi, I am adding to my review of 4 years ago. I continue to be grateful for being clients of more than 30 years now (since 1995), of this great dentist and his staff. It is a pleasure to visit and see everyone, twice a year. Shalini is so very helpful with all our insurance needs and I enjoy catching up everytime we meet. Dr Lam and other supporting staff are great. Unfortunately for Dr Lam the common denominator to his 5 star reviews being brought down is his main office admin/receptionist. She is pandering, rude and dismissive. Due to this person ONLY we have chosen to deal with another dental practice. Your office can do better your patients deserve better.
