On top this, he is also exceptionally care for his patients and attend to their needs. His Office Manager, Shalini, is really impeccable! I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Lam’s and I would like to express my appreciation of Dr. Lam, Shalini, Ping and other support staff for the warm welcome I received and exceeding my expectations regarding service. I required a root canal and despite the closeness to New Year’s Day, Shalini and Dr. Lam went out of their way to get me into the office quickly and resolve the issue.
