I have been a patient with Dr. Bill Lam's practice for over 20 years, the service is always excellent, they take oral health concerns seriously and work with you to solve them, and are great with booking or changing appointments as needed!
I have been seeing Dr Lam for over ten years - even after moving two hours away. I trust his judgement and appreciate his care, knowledge and his use of the newest technologies. His whole staff is a pleasure to deal with - from the registration desk, hygienists and dental assistant. The office is serene, well ventilated and pristine.
I must admit that the following words of appreciation are long overdue. You see; before I met Dr. Lam, I must have had a borderline phobia of getting dental work done. This was probably due to the pain I seem to have endured in the past whenever dentists and dental hygienists worked on my teeth. I vividly recall having despised being in a dentist office.
