I have been a patient at Dr. Lam’s dental clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Lam is endowed with profound knowledge in his field, technically strong and skillful. On top this, he is also exceptionally care for his patients and attend to their needs. His Office Manager, Shalini, is really impeccable! She is on top of everything and makes my every single visit a flawless and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking world-class dentistry in a warm, caring, and welcoming environment.
I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Lam’s and I would like to express my appreciation of Dr. Lam, Shalini, Ping and other support staff for the warm welcome I received and exceeding my expectations regarding service. I required a root canal and despite the closeness to New Year’s Day, Shalini and Dr. Lam went out of their way to get me into the office quickly and resolve the issue. Can’t say enough good things about about everyone there.
