Dr Barrrere explains things well. He is kind and patient. His front office staff are courteous and reliable. Nokesville Medicine is a pleasant change from my previous PCP

I'd recommend him to anyone. He's a great doctor, and truly cares about his patients. My old neurologist hadn't been listening to how bad my headaches had been over the past 3 years. When I started seeing Dr. Barrere, he put me on 2 medications that worked right away for my headaches I get, and he referred me to a new neurologist. My new neurologist, that he referred to me is great, and I'm very happy with Dr. Barrere. The appointment was right on time, the staff was courteous and pleasant, the PA and nurse were very good, and dr. Barrere was excellent. My first visit...
Dr Bill is a kind, caring doctor who goes out of his way to make sure you are getting the best care.
He is professional, thoughtful and helpful. He makes you feel comfortable.
My only concern is lack of communication w/his office. Once one walks out the door, there is no communication, even if requested, until I contact his office. Other than this, which is important to me, I am pleased. Don't expect calls or follow through unless you imitate it.
