Dr. Singh's receptionist called my friend in for a consult with Dr. Singh. She falsely interpreted her blood test results. My friend was scared silly! She thought there was something seriously wrong with her. It turned out there was absolutely nothing wrong with her blood results, in fact they improved since her last blood test. For one thing, only a nurse or doctor should be calling a patient in for a consultation. For what I can see they only wanted to bill her insurance for a visit.
