Very knowledgeable Doctor, who listens and explains things well.
I have been seeing Dr. Patel for about 3 years. She listens and explains things. I’m happy with her care and would definitely recommend her.
Often is dismissive and lacks compassion. She does not enhance this practice.
Dr. Patel has a very poor bedside manner. She does not listen well and does not explain herself. She just makes statements like "oh, you have a heart murmur" and says nothing else.
Horrible experience with this Doctor. Dismissive, uncaring and a know it all. Take your business and health elsewhere!
Very understanding and compassionate. Explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I as we are both new patients. Her nurse, Darla, was very good to call us back within the same day after calling with questions several times. Would recommend her.
This physician doesn't have a clue what she's doing. Her nurse Shirley is zero help. The office is too busy to see patients same day if you're ill. I had to use a walk in. Patel called in wrong dosage of medicines, called in a script for me and didn't remember doing soon. Run like hell away from her and this office. What a nightmare!
