I had a very positive experience with Dr. Augustino and her staff. Everyone I encountered was professional, but friendly and above all competent. Dr. Augustino herself was patient and personable and was able to fit me with a multi-focal contact lens that worked for me (something previous docs failed at).
Dr. Bianca is a life saver. My eye was bothering my for days, with no apparent explanation. She made sure to get me in quick and fixed the issue ASAP! She is very kind and helpful, the staff is great, and the office is nice. What else could you ask for? Best optometrist in Raleigh!

They were responsive, attentive, and offered care that was beyond what you would get elsewhere. I brought my elderly mom in to see Dr. Bianca Augustino for an extremely painful eye. My mom had been suffering with this worsening condition for over a month. I had taken her to Urgent care for this along with other symptoms and the meds they prescribed did not help. I mistakenly trusted her regular doctors were continuing to evaluate her condition.
