Terrible. Refused and cancelled my appointment after waiting for two hours. And said I can wait for my next appointment in two months.
I had a terrible experience with this psychiatrist, and I would advise others to think twice before making an appointment. She initially assured me that she could prescribe the medication I needed, but after a simple question, she suddenly changed her story and said she couldn’t help me at all. When I asked for an explanation, she escalated the situation, walked out of the room, and even threatened to call security without any real cause. I received a call at 4:53pm PST and it ended at 5:03pm PST. We first discussed my sleep as I have been struggling with getting sleep for more than a year. I am currently taking seroquel as she prescribed per our last appointment. I shared that it was working well but the dosage may be too high. Awful experience, not only did I feel like my psych did not hear my concern, but front desk almost turned me down because paperwork was not done ont time. Crazy thing was not only did i finish paper work. Doc didn't call me in for another 30mins after 🫠. Just got a referral to new office.
