My experience with this provider was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. To start, the appointment began approximately 45 minutes late. Dr. Nallamothu repeatedly dismissed my concerns and did not engage with the symptoms I clearly communicated. I was invalidated throughout the visit, and felt as though my lived experience was being questioned rather than evaluated. Awful, poor quality video, she had me wait 1 hour. Her appointments are very unprofessional, she simply stated " I dont know whats wrong with you" very horrible interaction with this provider. Have never felt so dismissed she was waiting for the call to be over. If you are looking for a new psychiatrist, save your time.
Horrible listener. Rude. Makes you feel crazy. Horrible person. Makes you wait minutes-hours to pick up the FaceTime call even when you’re on time. But she’s not. Don’t go to her. I wish I could give her zero stars.
Dr. Nallamothu is a wonderful psychiatrist who helped me when I was having awful side effects under a prescribed medication. She took the time to meet with me early due to what was going on, gave me good advice on medication management, and is overall a great listener and is very empathetic. My only complaint is that sometimes the appointments are started rather late, but it's psychiatry, I know the field is overworked and understaffed.
