I never even got in to see him. My GP had to send the referral twice. I had to call 4 times…. The receptionist always asked for my phone number but never called me back. The last straw was when she said “ok I will call you back ok bye.” And hung up on me. I immediately got a referral elsewhere.
Dr. Singu, a great doctor, was my first encounter when I went to the HCA Ocala Hospital emergency room. He performed an emergency EGD and the procedure went exceptionally well. Since then, I’ve been seeing him at his office. He attentively listens to my concerns and explains everything in detail, ensuring that I fully comprehend the diagnosis and treatment plan. His team is incredibly dedicated and follows up on all my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Singu to anyone seeking GI attention.
