Dirty office. Rude Staff. Doctor did ZERO tests, but did put me on giant pills that I could not swallow. Weird because I went to him because I was having difficulty swallowing. After 2nd visit, I found a great new doctor.

Dr. Singu has been amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. His quick help with referrals meant so much to our family during a very stressful time. We are truly grateful for the care and compassion he has shown!
The doctor was good. My mother was going to have a procedure. As she was prepping the day before her procedure. I received a call in less than 24 hours of her procedure. The call stated they requested a prior authorization because the surgery center stated she needed one. They said it was still pending. They said she could continue prepping and check to see if she gets approved in the morning. After leaving three messages at the doctor's office, because you rarely can speak to anyone. Dr Singu, has been amazing everytime my husband or i have been there. He listens and makes you feel comfortable and that you are important. wish more Drs were like him
He was very helpful and answered my Questions. Had to put a Peg tube on as I was Choking on foods and aspirating trying to swallow. They went to great lengths to try to get me a Health Nurse but because of my Insurance with United Healthcare they couldn’t get it done. Very good Dr though and listens and gives you answers.
No Help.... My mom has had chronic diarrhea for 2 months and was hospitalized due to dehydration and acute kidney injury related to the diarrhea. He came in said a few words, never completed a physical exam, completed a colonoscopy and never came back to the room. She was discharged from the hospital a couple days later and still never seen him or received her results. The only instructions were from the hospitalists who sent her home with immodium and pepto.
Spent 2.5 years with Dr Singu with no help, no diagnosis. Switched to UFHealth and was diagnosed with Crohns (IBD) and treatment scheduled all within 2 months.
Dr Singu has tremendously helped me throughout the years!Lately he was persistant on me getting another colonoscopy since it had been over 10 yrs since my last one. Got scheduled the following day after an office visit & during my procedure he found a large polyp in my colon that he removed during the procedure. A little longer wait and it would have become cancer!I can't thank him & his staff more for their focus on their superior care for me!!!
