I think the doctor is terrific and I think the staff is also I've been going to her for years and I have no problems
I went here awhile ago. Most of the staff is not friendly. The nurse that took my blood was not gentle, it was as if she was poking a knife through a steak. And Dr. Jeereddy is not a good listener. I told her that I live a healthy lifestyle, no sugar, homecooked meals, etc. And she accused me of eating cake because my glucose level was higher than usual, which could come from stress. Wait times are unacceptable and the office staff is beyond irritating. They mixed up my blood report in the past and prescribed me for something I never had.
Wait times here are always crazy..even when you are the only one in the waiting area and there doesn’t seem to be anyone in any rooms when you are finally brought back and then you wait even more once brought back. You are seen at a minimum 45 mins after your appointment time..and that’s just the minimum. I dread making appts because of the wait. I recently moved to Roselle and was looking for a PCP within my network. Dr. Bhavani is a good listener, and worked to find the best solution for my issue. The reason for the 2 star rating has nothing to do with the doctor, but rather the organization of the office. I've had to call multiple times to her front desk receptionist (Maria), to send over prescriptions to the right pharmacy, send my bloodwork to a specialist, and send blood work orders to labs.
