Excellent, very professional and friendly. Very pleased with him.
I have to chime in and say I really appreciate Dr Via's listening and discussion. He takes a good amount of time and I get through the right amount of detail. But like the other comments here I must say his staff is lacking. His staff just today lost my appointment I was calling in to postpone because of work related travel. Good thing I called. FYI I've learned to get a morning appointment or the wait can be an hour. Once they forgot I was in a back room around 5 PM and I had to inquire about the doctors whereabouts -lol. I... read more

WOW!!! Glade to hear someone else has had the same problems. I have been going to this office for several years. Love the Doctor and the PA. But every time you talk to the staff, it makes you wonder what’s going on. My last experience has topped it all for me. I'm going to look for a new doctor. When I ordered a refill, the doctor office changed the prescription. I called and asked them if they could fix it. After two weeks I called about it again and they had just written me a prescription and was waiting for me to pick it ... read more

Dr Via is kind and takes time with us each time I come or bring my parents, who are complicated, in for a visit. The time he takes is most likely why the wait time is sometimes longer than I would like, however it is worth it. His staff is okay. I know it is hard to work in a busy office.

Dr. Via has been very helpful to me and my grandmother. He took the time to explain my MRI results and told me exactly what they showed and explained my options to fix my back problems.
