Be careful!!!!! Would not recommend!!!! Scammers!!!! I had an appointment with them but due to someone booking off at work I had to cover their shift, I stiff informed the dentist 3 days prior I couldn’t make it and changed my appointment date. After my appointment 3 days later I checked my email and noticed they charged me twice even though I only went once.
I am very disappointed with this clinic. I had appointment at 1pm. I reached at 1:15pm. They asked me to wait for more than 30 min. They could have called me to say that they were behind the schedule and given me an option for either I can come today or tomorrow another day. I was rushing for the dental appointment and also wasted my time in waiting for more than 30 min. This is so not right. Poor communication.
I strongly advise caution when dealing with Dr.Bhandal Dental Clinic. They have a history of failing to pay employees for their work. I have a termination letter and the employer lies about recognizing me now. It’s deeply concerning to see a healthcare provider mistreating the very people who help run their practice.
