This office will refuse paitents medication! They will also decline phone calls and ignore pharmacy technicians when medication needs refilled. They will hang up on patients. The amount of nnepotismand favoritism in the staff is damning to the care of patients.

My HIPPA law was violated twice. He has his calls now going overseas you talk to a Asian person that can't speak English well, When you call his office in USA I don't know about you but I don't like that and I don't think any of his patients knows because I didn't know I found out when I went to the doctor office to speak to Anna that's when I was told that she was not in the office she's out of the country 😤🤬😠😡 Will be taking my files with me to another Doctor

This is by far one of the most challenging physician's office I have dealt with. The wait time on the phone and in person is unacceptable. The run-around to get information is frustrating. As we speak, I have been on hold for 9 minutes with no return or explanation. I am simply trying to get my mother's records transferred to another doctor -- for obvious reasons. The request was sent a week ago with no action to date. At 83 years old, she has not found compassion in this office. I would especially not recommend this office ... read more
