I would not trust this dentist. Too many negative experiences. She also tries to upsell at every visit, and is very pushy. I warned my mom not to go, but she did for the dental hygienist she likes, and ended up having a terrible experience.
My family has been disappointed with Dr. Bezik’s office several times now, and this last visit was the final straw. My mom only agreed to go after being specifically assured that Sandy, the dental hygienist she trusts, would be doing her cleaning. When she arrived, Sandy wasn’t there — no notice, no explanation. To make matters worse, they also told her in advance that her insurance would cover the visit. Instead, she was hit with a $370 charge. Her insurance didn’t cover it. Dr. Bezik is such a great and professional dentist. She always makes sure to explain her recommendations thoroughly. She treats her patients very kindly and she is always considerate of her patients’ preferences. Highly recommended!
