Just an FYI...Dr. Betty Cragg has retired. The quality level of response/service has declined.
I was recommended by an old classmate. My experience was terrible, actually. I felt she was always cold with my mother and I. When I got my braces off the first time (because I needed them again because of Dr Cragg's incompetence) I complained to my dentist that my two front teeth are starting to make a gap. I told Dr Cragg the same thing and she said essentially, don't worry about it, I can wear a night time retainer and it'll be fine.
