Since our final session a week or so ago, my mood has definitely lifted , I m much more relaxed generally and I ve had NO anxiety/panic attacks. I ve also been out for a drive a couple of times over the last week, the last time being on Tuesday.
It was good; I felt totally in control, I knew it was going to different from the moment I set off in the car. I am now the proud owner of a Red Ford Fiesta. Thanks again.
