We had an incredible experience with Dr. Bethany Kum and her team during our son’s tongue tie release. Going into the evaluation, we were honestly a little hesitant. Dr. Bethany and team were amazing! We really appreciated her attention to detail and the collaborative approach she took with other providers. She had great communication with thorough emails/care plans and was always checking in with us to make sure baby was healing nicely after the procedure. There aren't many providers out there today who are willing to go above and beyond like Dr. Bethany and team. Highly recommend!
It's clear Dr Bethany has a calling and loves to help babies with troubles like ours had. We are sincerely grateful for her expertise and the obvious JOY she has in doing such meaningful work. Our lactation consultant recommended her, saying that she does ‘beautiful tongue tie releases’. Our baby needed four frenulum to be loosened, and after her procedure, there was an instant and extremely noticeable improvement in her feeding. We are deeply grateful for Dr Bethany and her team work approach. It’s made all the difference.
