Coming to this location, like any parent, I was nervous and worried about my little one and the outcome this place might have on her. Dr. Bethany was wonderful. From the first call to our last follow up visit, she handled everything with absolute care! She really cares about her patients and their families. It can be nerve wracking to make this decision but I’m so glad that we did. Dr. Bethany made the process as seamless as possible and helped ease our nerves throughout the procedure and the healing. Her guidance and expertise helped us make the best decisions for our son.
My newborn son was diagnosed with a tongue tie at his birth hospital's lactation appointment on day of life two. The hospital's ENT confirmed and offered a release using scissors. We opted to get a second opinion with Dr. Kum. She came recommended by the hospital's IBCLC and my son's SLP/myofunctional therapist. I am so glad we went with Dr. Kum and her laser technique.
