They are not friendly they are not understanding I was 7 months pregnant on top of that I had my 1 year old daughter with me and I was barley making it because I was almost ready to have a baby and I couldn't make every appointment because my feet were swollen I was spotting blood almost every day I was very high risk pregnancy and they could care less and because I could make it when they wanted they dismissed me as a patient with high diabetes needles to say if your pregnant and have smaller children do not go here because... read more
Loved the staff and Dr. Jackson was very knowledgeable and helpful to my mom. We have had to call back with an issue with meds and the call was returned in a timely manner and the issue was resolved. Thankful to have such a great doctor in our area.
They were great to begin with but have grown so much that turning patients seems to be more important than taking care of patients need. Feels like going to walmart self service. Was basically told they were to busy to reach out to the insurance companies so I needed to do it myself.
