I guess there was a huge disconnect between appointment scheduling and the amount of time alloted for a visit with my elderly Mother. The experience felt condescending. Perhaps, elder care, is not her forte.
Dr. South has never had a good bedside manner, but I stayed a patient of hers for years. She helped me out in the beginning with some issues I was having so I kept her as my primary doctor. Years later I was having another issue that I couldn’t seem to get help with. I received help through another doctor but they didn’t accept my insurance.
