Doctor Stein is an amazing doctor and human being. She is smart, empathetic and follows up to make sure you are feeling well. Highly recommend.
Terrible doctor go someone where or just die off a seizure. She’ll right lies in your medical record until you start hounding them legally to fix it. In order to even to do you need to leave about 10 voicemails because they never answer. Also wouldn’t help me get my medical records sent over to another doctor who wanted it sent from them. Sounds like a HIPPA issue to me. You’re lucky it hasn’t been 30 days I had the calendar mark to start the HHS/OCR/Civil rights violation motions.
Dr Stein is a good doctor and we enjoy seeing her. That said if I had zero stars on getting to see her, thats what I would give. The office is dirty and bathrooms are dirty. You will wait close to an hour and a half after your scheduled time to see her. The office staff doesn’t answer the phone so there is no way to call to see if the dr is running late.
