Horrible fornt desk staff very rude
Awful, unorganized, late, didn't listen, did not have results at hand. Do not recommend.
Visited Valley stream office over a month ago and I'm still trying to get an authorization for an MRI that Dr. Silverstein ordered. When you call they transfer you to another extension. Don't know what's going on with front desk but I've never had this issue before when trying to schedule a scan.
