I am a new patient of Dr. Samuelsohn. My experience was exceptional. She was very thorough and listened. I am so glad I found her!
I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in Dr. Samuelsohn! I made 1 appointment to see her, received a call from the office that she would not be there. So I went ahead and made another appointment (per office staff). Received ANOTHER call stating Dr Samuelsohn would not be available. I gave up making another appointment....and waited to see if I would receive a call-nothing. It’s been about a year now....no call from this doctor or staff. NOT A VERY CONCERNED DOCTOR!
Greatest doctor in the world
I am a patient of Dr. Samuelsohn for more than countless years. She is an excellent physician, however, her clinic staff are unprofessional, rude, and seemingly unaware of health care which brings their decision-making terrible. Do not trust the billing at this office. They will code for things and leave you with a hefty bill. They will also perform extra tests that you did not ask for and bill for them!!! I would have given 0 stars! The front desk people are also very rude.
This office is awful when billing! Make sure you are not getting billed for the wrong procedures then having to pay out of pocket for them. I will not be returning. Very poor management.
We are VERY happy Dr. Samuelsohn was recommended to us! She is thoughtful, proactive, and an excellent listener. The entire office, including the nurses and front desk are equally pleasant and professional. Highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Samuelsohn is a special person and great physician! My family is fortunate to have her as our doctor. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.
