The staff is professional and knowledgeable
If there were less than one star she would have it. She told my mother she might have an autoimmune disease. Sent her for blood work. After, while sitting in her office this so called Dr. announced "good news, no autoimmune disease'" then when my mother complained of pain in her face she said "Well... you might have a little bit'. SMH!
I went to Dr. Duncan for ear infection in October 2024. antibiotics did not help. Mid October she placed tubes in my right ear to decrease pressure. on return visits I insisted I had pressure and liquid. she didn’t listen and just made follow up appointment for 3 months. oh she insisted on hearing test and declared “you are profoundly deaf”. Recently with no relief went to a different ENT and found out I now have a punctured ear drum due to improper treatment when inserting tubes. Need surgical procedures now! Please do not ... read more
If you want to know if you have allergies, go here. If you want to know what you are actually allergic to, don't bother. Getting information from Dr. Duncan was like pulling teeth. I left there knowing the same thing I knew when I went. Find a doctor who actually cares & do what I didn't - read the reviews! Her attitude sucks & she makes you feel like an inconvenience in her day.
