I absolutely love Dr. Wichman! She is very caring and quick to help her patients when they need special care. But, with the exception of Giana in the Fair Ave location, the office staff are all worthless! You can ask over and over again, for something to be done, e.g. Referrals, Rx orders, and can sometimes, take up to a few weeks to happen. Some of them are even rude! Giana is a gem!
