I was referred to Dr Bertrand Chan by my dentist. He was professional,knowledgeable and compassionate. He acted quickly to ease my anxiety about my oral health concerns. I highly recommend Dr Bertrand Chan. Tracy his receptionist was also very helpful and adds to an overall positive experience.

I had a growth on my tongue and was referred to Dr Bertrand Chan at his Vancouver office 1 year ago. I met with him at that time and was grateful for his calm, caring and professional demeanor. We scheduled another appointment to have the growth removed but due to family health issues I had to cancel and rescheduled several appointments. I first met Dr Chan in 2020 and he treated me for an oral issue which was very painful. He made me very comfortable from the start and while I knew the condition may re-occur and saw me through it with great compassion. Recently I had another flare up and Dr Chan helped me again and renewed my limited faith in the medical profession. I will never be able to thank him enough but he is truly one of a kind.
