I don’t ever leave reviews for places but this dental office is the absolute BEST I’ve ever taken my kids to. My two kids went from being scared of dental offices then came here and was instantly comfortable with all the staff. Both visits were very smooth. Not one tear from my 5 and 6 year old. Everyone in the office was absolutely amazing. This office will be my kids permanent dental office from now forward.
Tried to call and make an appointment for my kids, the Florence location was super helpful and gave me this locations information since they were accepting new pediatric patients under the age of 5. The receptionist was SUPER RUDE AND IMPATIENT while trying to give my child’s insurance over the phone. UPDATE: I felt the need to amend my review. I tried paying our bill twice, once in the office and once over the phone. I was told both times they couldn't collect because the office manager wasn't in. Why in the world they would have it to where only the office manager could take payment is beyond me. Then I tried to call to schedule appointments for my kids and was told I couldn't because my bill hadn't been paid. I tried twice already to pay it and they wouldn't take it.
