I had the same experience as the other patient's post by Nemat Hassnain. Dr. S. Patel loses his temper for no apparent reason, is very rude, and extremely unprofessional. He then spoke to his nurses who since that time have been very, very, rude and demeaning to patients. I would go slightly further than Nemat (whom I have never met but I read his posting) that Dr. S. Dr. Bernstein diet is designed to make people feel and look good. All seemed professionals and friendly till I met the doctor on the premises'. His name is S. Patel. He spoiled my experience and confidence in the service I was getting that I had to switch to another clinic. I was scheduled for 15 minutes appointment but spent less than five minutes.
