Bernie Tran has been a long time family doctor of ours for over 2 decades. She use to be so amazing where she would care, take her time, assess and do her best in terms of service and hospice — I can’t say the same for now as the last few times I’ve been here has been nothing short of rushed, terrible conversing and basic over the counter meds. Absolutely the WORSE and MEAN doctor. What kind of doctor yells at patients...? a senior patient too. You let the wrong patient bump into my queue and then blames for my wrongdoing. Also prescribes basic cough medication that I could have just gotten over the counter. And if any issues, this doctor will just immediately send you to a specialist that NEVER calls back, rendering this whole process useless.
The worst doctor ever! Do not go here, she does not care about her patients at all!
I am her long long time patient. At first she was the best; always listening, caring for patients. Usually, She recommended the best specialist doctor for me if I need one. Time passed by everything had been changed. Now She is horrible, rude, and always rushing! She never wants to listen to you. Few time She gave me the antibiotic but they didn’t work! Now I have a new family doctor and good luck for her!
