I am her long long time patient. At first she was the best; always listening, caring for patients. Usually, She recommended the best specialist doctor for me if I need one. Time passed by everything had been changed. Now She is horrible, rude, and always rushing! She never wants to listen to you. Few time She gave me the antibiotic but they didn’t work! Now I have a new family doctor and good luck for her!
Dr. Bernie Tran has consistently been neglectful, condescending and rude. Truly, she does not care for her patients as her treatment sessions are evident of impatience and attitude. If you are looking for adequate care where your doctor will show concern and take all measures to ensure your health, safety, and mental reassurance, I would not recommend Dr. Bernie Tran AT ALL. I am extremely excited at the prospect of finding a new local doctor instead of returning here.

I’ve been taking my baby to visit Dr. Bernie, and I just want to say how grateful I am. Dealing with postpartum has been really hard on me, but seeing Dr. Bernie has been the biggest comfort since I gave birth. She’s so professional, organized, and always asks the right questions. Dr. Bernie used to be caring and helpful, but it seems she's lost her passion for healthcare over time. Last time I went in to see her was several years ago where I complained of shoulder pain from playing volleyball and kindly requested to get an MRI done. She proceeded to tell me that I don't need one because MRIs are "expensive" (isn't that why we have OHIP?) and that it'll resolve after some rest (how do you know that when we haven't done any imaging?).
