My husband and I both see Dr. Joe, he is kind compassionate and he really cares abut his patients. We would highly recommend Dr. Joe to anyone that needed Bake or neck surgery. His staff made the experience so simple for us both.
Unbelievably arrogant sarcastic, belittling "professional". I dared ask questions about the surgery and other issues I was having (severely torn hamstring tendon, S-I dysfunction, pain in hip). Didn't want to discuss anything, but fixing back, and refused to operate unless I apologize. So I did. Then he stormed out stating he didn't like my attitude, and that he would never treat me. Dr. Ordonez is a phenomenal neurosurgeon who really cares about his patients and wants the best outcomes for them. He performed surgery on my partner's neck for a spinal surgery and my partner has not had a significant amount of pain. Dr. O checks in on his patients often to make sure they are progressing as they should.
After years of issues we thought we might have found the place that could connect the dots. 1st appt was a failure as the front desk person called my oldest a liar because they had been told to not do the paperwork by the referral rep( the rep explained that they would go thru it all at the appt). So the front desk rep refused to allow her to have the appt. 2nd appt they show with paperwork filled out for the assistant to go thru it all and then the NP doing the same. His professionalism, skill, and compassion are unmatched. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the entire process.
