Dr. Ordonez is an outstanding surgeon who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain every detail, and make sure you feel comfortable and informed. His professionalism, skill, and compassion are unmatched. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the entire process. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a surgeon who genuinely puts patients first.
Absolutly awful. Told me I had to have a MRI before he could see me. Got the MRI and made the appointment. The day of the appointment was for 3:00pm. On the day of the appointment I was called at 2:20pm and was told Ordonez had an "emergency" and my appointment rescheduled for one month later. One Hella an emergency that lasted a month. On the day of third appointment I was cancelled due to mad weather and rescheduled for one month later. Finally arrived for that appointment bringing with me the MRI disk. Hey Dr.Ordonez, Lesley Mason yes I agree you are the best Dr. to fix neck and spine I had 3 fusions c5,c6,c7 cervical stenosis I will recommend Dr.Ordonez to anybody that needs help cuz you are so wonderful & compassionate & caring for his patients and the staff is very helpful as well .
He quite frankly saved me from being a quadriplegic. I owe everything to this man.
