I have been going here for 5 years. The last few years I have had spots “burned off” during my yearly visit. Total cost was about $450.  This year I went in for a body scan with a NP, appt lasted 2 minutes and was charged $400. I canned the customer service line and received no help after waiting on hold for 30 minutes and having to call 4 separate times.  I shared the info above and she said “it’s a new year.”  So moral of the story is-  plan to spend some money- even when you have insurance.  Doctors are fine (which is why... read more

I cannot say enough good about the spa side at Pinnacle, Grand Blanc.   Nicole offers superb care.  She is the aesthetician with great skill.  She is kind, friendly, knowledgeable but most importantly, gifted in her practice.  Amy is the nurse there.  She is kind and innovative.   I have only had one service with her but she is wonderful.   Finally, Sheila is the receptionist.  She is a natural leader, a team player and incredibly gifted in her job.  Such an asset.  I had a service today but she wasn’t there and her absence ... read more

Now Loven Dermatology. Really great experience. To start with, the website is great. I was able to find and fill out my new patient forms ahead of time. The website was very clear with what to bring and what to expect. The staff was professional. I interacted with 2 nurses/aides as well as an independent phlebotomist representing LabCorp. Dr. Loven was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and eased my fears. His instructions to his nurse/aide were clear. I had blood work that Dr. Loven himself called to follow up about. ... read more
