My mom had procedure, at st Josephs hospital. Before procedure, Dr. Stark advised me he would come and speak with me after he finished. He never came out and they let me sit for hours, until I finally got nurse to find my mom. He never came and spoke with me. After several requests he finally called with results. His poor follow through skills, casused undue stress and frustration.
