Absolutely amazing, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease during the entire process in hope to find the root cause of my issue. Melody, his nurse was just as amazing. Walked me through the entire process prior to seeing the doctor.

I’ve always had a great experience with every Mercy Doctor. Until I met Dr. Randolph, he’s by far the worst doctor I’ve ever interacted with in my life. He doesn’t care about his patient at all, he wouldn’t let me explain my situation before he judged me. I offered to show him pictures of my work environment and he didn’t want to see them. The list goes on. He’s not capable of being a real doctor.
I seen Dr. Randolph today and it did a great job listening to me and helping me with my neck issue. I don't understand why has any negative reviews. All of his staff were friendly and professional.
Saw Dr. Randolph today for the first time with broken ribs and other injuries from an auto accident a month ago. He was very thorough and a nice man, we were impressed at the examination he gave me and his explanation of results and where I stood. Highly recommended from me.
